For when you know something is out of proportion but not what. Photographs, a whole-face plan written in order of priority, and treatment over two or three visits, each one checked against the last.
A written whole-face plan in priority order, so you can do the first step and stop.
Planned per syringe from $749, with the total and the stages written down.
Treated over two or three visits, with a refinement visit after each.
Nurse practitioner led, with the medical director reviewing every balancing plan.
A chin that sits back makes the nose look larger and the neck softer. A cheek that has lost support makes the under-eye look hollow. Treating the symptom first spends syringes in the wrong place. The plan orders the steps so each one makes the next smaller, and you can stop after any of them.
Every balancing plan is reviewed by Dr. Marchetti before the first visit, and the photographs from each stage decide the next.

The plan had four steps. I did two. That was the point: I could see the order and decide for myself.
They talked me out of lip filler and into a small amount in the chin. I did not know that was a thing.

Questions people ask before they book
What is facial balancing?
Treating the proportions of the face together rather than one feature at a time, usually with small amounts of filler in the chin, jawline, cheeks or lips, in a planned order.
How many syringes does facial balancing take?
Most plans are two to four syringes over two or three visits. The plan gives you the count, the order and the total before the first visit.
Do I have to do the whole plan?
No. Each step is priced on its own and you can stop after any of them.
Is it permanent?
No. Hyaluronic acid filler is gradually broken down over nine to eighteen months. Results vary, and the plan can be repeated or changed.
Who reviews the plan?
Priya Natarajan, NP-C, writes it and Dr. Elena Marchetti, MD, reviews every balancing plan before the first visit.
