Velvet Fern opened in Cherry Creek North in 2019 with one idea: that an injectables studio should write the plan down before it does anything. Five people work here. You will meet most of them on your first visit.

Every treatment starts with the Face Map: photographs, a written plan with dose and total cost, and your signature on it. The price you see is the price you pay.
We dose conservatively and refine at two weeks, included. We would rather you come back for a little more than leave with too much. If you do not love it, we adjust it, and that conversation is never awkward.

Medical Director
Elena is a physician who spent twelve years in internal medicine before moving into aesthetic medicine. She founded Velvet Fern in 2019, sets the dosing and safety protocols every injector works to, and is in the building during treatment hours.
Lead Injector, Nurse Practitioner
Priya runs most Face Map consultations and writes the plans. A nurse practitioner with prescriptive authority in Colorado, she is known for telling people they need less than they expected, and for the two-week visit where small adjustments are made.
Nurse Injector
Jordan is a registered nurse who injects under Dr. Marchetti's delegation and follows the written plan to the unit. He handles most wrinkle-relaxer and skin-booster appointments and every refinement visit on his own patients.
Medical Aesthetician
Camille prepares skin before injectable treatments and looks after it afterwards. She does not inject; she is the person who tells you what to stop using the week before a visit and what to expect the week after.
Patient Coordinator
Maya is the first voice on the phone and the person who sends your plan after the consultation. She books the refinement visit before you leave the building, so nobody has to remember to call.
Medical, always
Who is in the room and what is in it.
In Colorado, injecting is the practice of medicine. Dr. Marchetti delegates to Jordan, our registered nurse, under written protocols and with supervision. Priya, our nurse practitioner, holds prescriptive authority in her own right. Nobody else injects.
Hyaluronidase, which dissolves hyaluronic acid filler, is stocked in every treatment room, not in a cupboard somewhere. The team drills the vascular occlusion protocol on a schedule.
Treatment while pregnant or breastfeeding, during an active infection or cold sore, within two weeks of dental work, on the day of a flight, or when the plan says the goal needs a surgeon rather than a syringe. We will say so and suggest what else might help.
Outcomes. Results vary from person to person. Nothing on this site is a guarantee, and no photograph on it is a real patient.
The rooms
Reception has a desk, a green velvet chair and a large fern, and it is where Maya sends your plan. The treatment rooms look like quiet studies with a medical chair in them. There is no music you did not ask for.

The Face Map is thirty minutes, complimentary, and ends with a written plan.
