Wrinkle relaxers (Botox, Dysport)
Forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet that stay when your face is still.
Botox and Dysport are both botulinum toxin products that relax the muscles pulling a line into the skin. The difference between a face that looks rested and a face that looks done is almost never the product. It is how many units went where, and whether anyone stopped to ask what you wanted to keep.
- Price
- $13 per unit
- Typical first plan
- 20 to 40 units across one to three areas
- Visit
- About 20 minutes after the Face Map

Lip filler
Lips that have lost definition, or that you have wanted a little fuller, without the overfilled look.
The overfilled lip almost always comes from the same place: a full syringe used because a full syringe was bought, and nobody stopping to look. Our plan is written in halves. The first half restores the border and the shape; the second is added only if the two-week photographs and you both say so.
- Price
- From $749 per syringe; half syringes $449
- Typical first plan
- Half a syringe to one syringe
- Visit
- About 45 minutes including numbing

Dermal filler (cheeks, jawline, chin, under eye)
Hollowing under the eyes, flattened cheeks, a soft jawline or a recessed chin.
Flattened cheeks, a soft jawline, a recessed chin and hollows under the eyes are mostly about support that has shifted with time. Filler replaces that support in small amounts, in the right plane, and the plan says how many syringes, where, and in which order.
- Price
- From $749 per syringe
- Typical plan
- One to three syringes, often over two visits
- Visit
- 45 to 60 minutes

Facial balancing
You are not sure what you need, only that something is out of proportion. Start here.
A chin that sits back makes the nose look larger and the neck softer. A cheek that has lost support makes the under-eye look hollow. Treating the symptom first spends syringes in the wrong place. The plan orders the steps so each one makes the next smaller, and you can stop after any of them.
- Price
- Planned per syringe from $749; most plans two to four syringes
- Visits
- Two or three, four to six weeks apart
- Consultation
- The Face Map, 45 minutes for balancing

Biostimulators (Sculptra)
Gradual loss of firmness across the face, treated over months rather than in one visit.
Biostimulators do not fill. They prompt your own collagen to rebuild over months, so the change is broad and slow and nobody can point to a feature that has been done. That makes them right for some faces and wrong for others, which is why the plan decides, not the product.
- Price
- From $899 per vial
- Typical plan
- Two to three sessions, four to six weeks apart
- Visit
- About 45 minutes

Skin boosters
Crepey, dehydrated skin on the face, neck or hands that make-up sits badly on.
Skin boosters place very fine deposits of hyaluronic acid just under the surface, where they hold water and improve texture without adding shape. They are for the crepey neck, the dull cheek and the hand that gives your age away, and they are not a substitute for filler or a wrinkle relaxer. The plan will say which you need, and sometimes it will say none.
- Price
- From $649 per session
- Typical plan
- Two sessions, four weeks apart, then as needed
- Visit
- About 40 minutes including numbing
