The Face Map, complimentary

The Face Map is thirty minutes with a nurse practitioner, photographs from standard angles, and a plan you take home: what we recommend, how much, where, and what it costs. It is complimentary, and most people leave without treating on the day.

Three steps

Three steps. The needle is not one of them.

  1. Photograph

Standard angles, same light every time, so what we recommend is based on your face at rest and in motion, not on a mirror and a guess.

  2. Plan

A written plan: what we recommend, how many units or how much filler, where, and the total price. You take it home. Nothing happens on the day unless you want it to.

  3. Refine

Two weeks after any treatment you come back. We look at the photographs together and adjust, if anything needs adjusting. That visit is included, not sold.

Why a document

The plan is also how we say no.

Most consultations are a sales conversation. This one is a document.

The thing people say they are afraid of, in Denver forum threads and in reviews, is not the needle. It is being sold a syringe they did not need, by someone who would not adjust it afterwards. A written plan removes both: the dose and the price are fixed before you sit down, and the refinement visit is part of the price.

The plan is also how we say no. If a treatment is not right for you, the plan says so and suggests what might be, which is sometimes nothing.

Day 14

Included, booked before you leave.

The visit two weeks later is the part nobody else includes.

Wrinkle relaxers take up to fourteen days to settle and filler swells before it shows its shape. Judging either on the day is guesswork. At two weeks we photograph you again from the same angles, sit with the first set, and adjust if the pictures say so. A few more units, a little more filler, or nothing.

The visit is booked before you leave the building and it costs nothing. It is where small corrections are made without a second bill or an awkward conversation.

No obligation

If you decide not to treat

You keep the plan. There is no deposit, no card on file and no follow-up call unless you ask for one. Some people come back a year later with the same sheet. That is fine.

Questions people ask before they book

Is the Face Map really free?

Yes. Thirty minutes, photographs and a written plan, with no deposit and no obligation to book a treatment. Facial balancing consultations take forty-five minutes and are also complimentary.

Can I treat on the same day?

Often, if the plan is simple and you want to. Many people prefer to take the plan home first. Either is fine; the price is the same.

Who does the consultation?

Priya Natarajan, NP-C, our lead injector, or Dr. Elena Marchetti, MD, for complex or balancing plans.

What are the photographs for?

Standard angles at rest and in expression, taken in the same light every visit, so the plan and the two-week review are based on something more reliable than a mirror. They are stored securely and never published.

Can I bring someone?

Yes. One person is welcome in the consultation and the treatment room.
